Every Rec Room Rugs order is made especially for you. We don’t keep finished rugs sitting in a warehouse; your rug enters production after your order is placed.

Production typically takes 7–14 business days. Once production is complete, your rug will ship directly to your door.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase for production and delivery. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier schedules, holidays and periods of unusually high demand.

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within the lower 48 United States.

At this time, online checkout is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or international destinations. If you’re interested in ordering from one of these locations, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll confirm whether delivery is available and provide a shipping quote.

Rugs measuring 11' or more in both dimensions are considered oversized and ship via LTL freight carrier rather than a standard parcel service. For example, an 8' × 11' rug can ship as a standard 8' roll, while an 11' × 11' or 12' × 15' rug requires freight delivery.

If you're ordering an oversized rug, please make sure your delivery address is accessible to a large freight truck. Narrow, steep, gated, unpaved or otherwise difficult-to-access roads may present challenges for freight delivery, so please consider access to your home before ordering.

Freight carriers may contact you to arrange delivery. Oversized rugs are typically delivered curbside and are not carried into the home.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your rug leaves the mill. Tracking may take a short time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Because every rug is made to order and scheduled individually for production, rugs from the same order may be completed and shipped separately. If that happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Please verify your rug selection, size and delivery address before completing your purchase. Orders enter production shortly after they are placed, so we may not be able to change or cancel an order once manufacturing has begun.

Listed rug sizes are standard industry names and may differ slightly from the exact finished measurements. Review the dimensions shown on the product page before ordering.
